No google user data is stored by the Service
None of the user's photo data is stored stored by the Service
Generated content is stored temporarily, for no longer than 60 minutes, while the data is being transmitted to Peecho, our print partner
No User Identifying Information: AlbumPresser does not store any user identifying information on the site. All user information is managed by Google.
Temporary Storage: Content generated by users will only be retained temporarily for transmission to Peecho and will not persist for longer than 60 minutes.
Transmission: Once your data is transmitted to peecho, data usage abides by Peecho's terms and conditions.
Ownership: The content created by the Service remains the intellectual property of the user throughout the entire process.
Permissions: This Service uses Google Photos to populate photo book pages. This service adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions and Google's terms and conditions
Compliance: User-generated content must follow local and federal laws and regulations and comply with Peecho's terms and conditions regarding print content.
Integration: The Service integrates with the Peecho print-on-demand platform. Users agree to comply with Peecho's terms and conditions.
Responsibility: Issues with checkout, order tracking, printing, payment, and shipping are handled externally on Peecho. AlbumPresser does not assume any responsibility for problems that arise once a user has left the site.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
